Laretta Silver

Carissa Sheers FabricF4622-02

Laretta Silver is a sheer linen blend with a pale, luminous ground and a softly worked damask scrolling across the cloth. The embroidery reads in cool silver-grey, giving the design a calm, understated shimmer.

About this fabric

Woven in 50% linen and 50% viscose, this fabric has the light, airy handle expected of a sheer and is offered at approximately 125cm wide. The pattern repeats in a generous V 39cm / H 32cm approx, with large acanthus-style forms and looping scrolls that sit clearly against the open ivory ground. In Silver, the motif feels cool and refined rather than bright, with a gentle metallic cast that catches the light without looking shiny. The overall effect is crisp, elegant and quietly decorative, making the cloth feel more polished than purely rustic.

How to use it

Use Laretta Silver where you want privacy with daylight retained: full-length curtains, soft café panels or layered sheers in a drawing room or bedroom. Its cool pale tone works especially well with oak, chalk white and brushed nickel finishes.

An elegant pale metallic motif that brightens a room without feeling stark.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
