Laretta Ivory

Carissa Sheers FabricF4622-01

Laretta Ivory is a softly luminous sheer with a classic scrolling damask pattern worked in pale ivory and taupe tones. The design reads airy and elegant, with the motif visible through the cloth rather than sitting heavily on it.

About this fabric

This colourway sits in a warm ivory range, with the raised pattern picking out soft taupe-beige accents against a light, translucent ground. The 50% linen and 50% viscose composition gives the fabric a natural, slightly slubby sheer quality with a gentle fluidity at the hem. With an approximate width of 125cm and a repeat of V 39cm / H 32cm, it is well suited to tailored curtains where the large-scale scrolls can fall cleanly. The overall effect is understated and formal, with the pattern appearing delicate rather than high contrast. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code Z are noted for reference.

How to use it

Use Laretta Ivory for full-length curtains, layered over blinds or heavier drapes, to soften a room without losing daylight. Its pale taupe detailing works especially well with stone, plaster, and warm wood finishes.

A refined sheer for elegant curtains and layered window schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
