Tyndall Dark Cream

Tyndall Linen FabricF4686-27

Tyndall Dark Cream is a softly grounded cream with a calm linen surface and an understated, even finish. In the swatch, the colour reads warm and muted rather than bright, with a gentle depth that feels easy to place in a scheme.

About this fabric

This Tyndall Linen colourway is a plain cloth with no visible repeat, so the interest comes from its subtle woven texture and restrained colour rather than pattern. The 90% linen and 10% polyamide composition gives it the character of a natural fabric with a little added stability, while the approximate 142cm width makes it a practical choice for made-to-measure work. Visually, the shade sits between cream and pale biscuit, with a slightly aged, mellow warmth that softens the surface. It feels quieter than a sharp ivory and less yellow than a classic buttercream, which makes it easy to layer with timber, stone and other natural finishes.

How to use it

Use it for relaxed curtains, tailored cushions or a light upholstered headboard where you want a warm neutral without stark brightness. Its muted cream tone works especially well beside oak, pale painted joinery and woven natural accents.

A warm neutral that pairs easily with painted woodwork and natural textures.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
