About this fabric

Georgia Sheer Ivory from the Tilbury collection by Colefax and Fowler is a sheer textile with a soft, luminous handle and a pale ivory ground that lets the pattern read gently rather than boldly. The design repeats in a graceful vine motif with small leaf sprigs, and the larger 24cm vertical by 22cm horizontal repeat helps the pattern flow softly across the width. Its composition of 45% cotton, 25% linen, 21% viscose and 9% polyester gives it a natural-looking texture with a little sheen from the viscose, while the 136cm approximate width makes it suitable for fuller window treatments. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code Z are supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

This ivory colourway suits rooms that need softness and light, especially layered at a window with warmer natural woods or pale painted trim. The restrained beige and taupe vine detail keeps it elegant rather than stark, so it works beautifully in calm, formal interiors.
