About this fabric

Tyndall Sage from Colefax and Fowler's Tyndall Linen collection is composed of 90% Linen and 10% Polyamide, with a width of approximately 142cm and no visible repeat, making it a practical plain for tailored schemes. In this colourway the weave reads as a muted sage olive, with a slightly khaki warmth that keeps it grounded rather than fresh or minty. The finish looks matt and lightly textured, so the cloth holds colour softly without shine. That balance of linen character and added polyamide makes it well suited to everyday use where a natural look is desired.

How to use it

Use Tyndall Sage for upholstered chairs, loose covers or cushions where a subdued green note is needed. It sits especially well with pale oak, stone, putty and aged brass, and can also soften rooms with darker woodwork.

A restrained sage-olive linen that works beautifully across seating and soft furnishing schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
