Tyndall Red
Tyndall Linen FabricF4686-08
Tyndall Red is a softly peppered red linen with a natural, slightly dry hand and a calm, understated finish. The colour sits between brick and faded terracotta, with lighter flecks that soften the overall effect.

About this fabric
This colourway shows a close, textural weave that reads as quietly rustic rather than glossy or bold. The 90% linen and 10% polyamide composition helps explain the slightly irregular, grainy surface visible in the swatch, while the 142cm approximate width makes it practical for curtains, blinds or upholstery projects. With no repeat at approximately V 0cm / H 0cm, the design presents as a plain woven cloth rather than a patterned textile. The red tone is muted and earthy, with warmer beige highlights catching across the weave to give it depth and a gently lived-in look.
How to use it
Use Tyndall Red to add warmth to neutral rooms, especially alongside oak, aged brass and soft stone finishes. Its softened red tone works well on simple upholstery pieces or relaxed curtains where you want colour with an approachable, grounded feel.
A softly heathered red linen that brings warmth without feeling bright or brash.

Pairs well with
Tyndall Red is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
