About this fabric

This colourway is printed on a 123cm-wide fabric composed of 39% Cotton, 34% Linen and 27% Viscose, giving the surface a slightly soft, cloth-like handle visible in the swatch. The design has a large repeat of approximately V 77cm / H 62cm, so the bold floral sprays and scattered leaf forms are meant to read with space and rhythm across larger pieces. Ashlar Red is rich and warm rather than bluish, with the red ground deep enough to flatter the blush, cream and inkier outline colours without feeling harsh. It is catalogued with care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM.

How to use it

Use Ashlar Red on upholstered armchairs, a sofa statement piece or tailored cushions where the saturated red ground can anchor a room. It works especially well with warm wood, brass and neutral walls that let the floral embroidery-like detail take centre stage.
