Esta Old Blue

Theodore FabricF4664-02

Esta Old Blue shows a graceful stripe with trailing paisley-style motifs and fine scattered detailing on a warm off-white linen ground. The old blue palette feels quietly aged rather than bright, giving the design a softened, airy presence.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, Esta Old Blue has a natural handle that suits both curtains and upholstery schemes where a relaxed, textural finish is wanted. The design repeats as a 32cm vertical by 69cm horizontal pattern, with slender column stripes framing the larger floral-scroll motifs. In this colourway, the blue reads muted and weathered, lifted by pale stone and soft sage accents that keep the overall effect light. At approximately 138cm wide, it offers practical width for furnishing projects, while the Q 8 + T 3 care code and √BM fire code are useful specification details for planning use.

How to use it

Use this old blue stripe on a tailored armchair, bench seat or full-length curtains where you want pattern without heaviness. It sits especially well with limestone, driftwood and faded botanical prints.

Pair with pale wood, chalky neutrals and tailored upholstery for a calm, refined scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
