Cherwell Blue

Tilbury FabricF4917-03

Cherwell Blue presents the Tilbury pattern as a crisp lattice of trailing leaves on a pale ground. The blue accents sit alongside sage and soft grey-green, giving the design a fresh, orderly feel.

About this fabric

Cherwell Blue is woven in a linen-rich blend of 74% Linen, 16% Polyester, 6% Cotton and 4% Viscose, with a width of approximately 128cm and a vertical repeat of 29cm by 32cm approximately. The fabric shows a small-scale botanical motif arranged in linked diamond arcs, with denim-blue leaves punctuating gentler sage and pale aqua tones. The ground reads as an off-white ivory, which keeps the overall effect light rather than busy and lets the pattern sit clearly on the surface. Its Q 8 + T 3 care code and √BM fire code make it a practical decorative textile for interior use.

How to use it

Use Cherwell Blue where you want pattern without heaviness: it would lift a bench seat, dining chairs or Roman blinds with its cool blue-green palette. Pair it with bleached timber, painted white joinery or pale oak for a clean, tailored room.

A fresh blue-and-sage lattice that suits tailored upholstery or elegant curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
