About this fabric

Woven from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide Catania chenille has a compact, irregular texture that gives the grey base visible depth. The mauve undertone keeps the shade softer and more nuanced than a straightforward charcoal or mid-grey, while the fine mixed threads catch the light subtly. It is graded for contract and domestic upholstery and is machine washable for practical everyday use. The fabric meets Domestic Cig & Match requirements and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this mauve-grey colourway on a tailored sofa or dining chair where its cool, softened tone can sit comfortably with stone, charcoal, muted lilac and weathered timber. Its restrained texture also works well as a quiet counterpoint to stronger patterned cushions.
