About this fabric

The charcoal colour reads cool and grounded, while the closely woven texture catches the light in subtle vertical and horizontal flecks. This fabric is made from 100% polyester and measures 138cm wide, making it a practical choice for contract and domestic upholstery. CEL4062 is machine washable and has domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy; it can also be treated to Crib 5 contract grade. The restrained texture and near-neutral tone suit upholstered seating where a smart, understated finish is required.

How to use it

Pair this deep charcoal-grey with pale timber, chalky walls and warm neutral linens to soften its cooler depth. It also works well on a tailored sofa or occasional chair where the fine mottling can be seen at close range.
