About this fabric

Woven from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide chenille has a dense, tactile appearance suited to upholstered furniture. Its charcoal-grey colour is softened by lighter grey threads, creating a mottled, gently layered finish rather than a flat block of colour. The subtle crosshatched texture adds definition while keeping the overall look restrained and smart. It is suitable for contract and domestic upholstery, is machine washable, and has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy; it can also be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this cool, deep grey on a sofa, dining chair or occasional chair where its lightly distressed texture can balance smooth timber, black metal and warmer natural accessories. Its tonal depth works particularly well in contemporary rooms that need a quiet, adaptable upholstery colour without stark black contrast.
