About this fabric

The swatch shows a rich chocolate-brown ground with a restrained linen-like crossweave, giving the surface gentle texture without a pronounced motif. Its dark, warm tone feels grounded and understated, while the fine weave keeps the colour from appearing completely flat. Made from 100% polyester and supplied at 138cm wide, EMP503 is suitable for contract and domestic upholstery. It is machine washable and has domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy, with treatment available to achieve Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this warm brown on an upholstered chair, sofa or headboard where its earthy depth can anchor a room. Pair it with cream, oatmeal or soft tan textiles to highlight the subtle crossweave.
