About this fabric

The swatch shows a fine crosshatched weave, with subtle slub-like variation that gives the teal surface a natural linen character. Its blue-green tone is cool and medium-deep, while the lighter threads catch across the face to soften the colour. Made from 100% polyester and supplied at 138cm wide, it is suitable for contract and domestic upholstery. EMP523 is machine washable and has domestic cigarette-and-match flame retardancy, with treatment available to achieve Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this cool turquoise teal on an occasional chair, sofa or dining seat where its softened woven texture can add colour without appearing glossy. It also works as a coordinated curtain fabric, particularly with pale woods, warm neutrals or brushed metal.
