About this fabric

This 100% polyester fabric has a visible linen-style weave, with intersecting light and dark threads creating a restrained checked texture across the deep teal colourway. The shade reads cool and atmospheric rather than bright, while the raised-looking slubs catch the light in fine vertical and horizontal accents. At 138cm wide, it is suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery, and its machine-washable aftercare adds practical flexibility. It has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use the deep teal on a tailored sofa, dining chair or relaxed curtain to introduce a cool, enveloping colour without losing the texture of a natural-looking weave. Pair it with warm timber, brushed brass and soft ivory to balance the blue-green depth.

The deep teal ground and fine crosshatched weave bring tailored colour and tactile depth to upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
