About this fabric

Made from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide fabric combines a linen-like visual texture with the practical specification of a machine-washable cloth. Its small-scale plain weave is formed by fine vertical and horizontal threads, creating a subtle woven grid across the golden surface. The shade sits between mellow mustard and sunlit ochre, with a warm depth that reads brighter on raised threads and slightly shaded in the weave recesses. EMP538 is graded for contract and domestic upholstery, with domestic cigarette-and-match flame retardancy and the option to be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this golden-yellow colourway to bring warmth to a buttoned chair, bench seat or relaxed sofa, where its faux-linen texture will soften the brightness of the tone. It also works well as a coordinating curtain or blind fabric alongside cream, natural timber and muted olive accents.
