About this fabric

The finely woven chenille surface combines charcoal, black and muted grey threads, creating a gently mottled appearance rather than a defined motif. The dense-looking texture gives this colourway a smart, grounded character, while slight tonal variation prevents the dark shade from appearing completely flat. Made from 85% polyester and 15% viscose, the 138cm-wide fabric is suitable for contract and domestic upholstery. It is machine washable and has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy, with treatment available to achieve Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this deep charcoal grey on a tailored sofa, dining chair or statement armchair where its dark, tonal texture can anchor lighter walls and warm timber. Pair it with soft stone, putty or muted blue accents to keep the scheme layered without losing the colourway’s restrained mood.
