About this fabric

This Passione colourway is made from 100% polyester velvet, with a smooth-looking face and delicate directional shading visible across the swatch. The pale silver-grey reads cool and restrained rather than warm, giving the plain cloth a clean, contemporary character. At 138cm wide, it is graded for both contract and domestic upholstery. It is machine washable and has domestic cigarette-and-match flame retardancy, with treatment available to achieve Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this pale silver-grey on a contemporary sofa, headboard or occasional chair where its cool neutrality can soften stronger architectural tones. Pair it with charcoal, chalk white or muted blue-grey accents to emphasise the velvet’s subtle light-catching depth.

The cool silver-grey tone and softly light-catching velvet nap suit contemporary upholstery, from occasional chairs to sofas.
