About this fabric

Woven from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide velvet has a fine, subtly directional pile visible in the close-up, creating delicate shifts between lighter and deeper grey. The plain surface keeps the emphasis on its soft texture and muted silver tone, without a printed motif competing for attention. It is rated for contract and domestic upholstery and is machine washable, making it suitable for frequently used upholstered pieces. Flame retardancy is domestic Cig & Match, with the option to treat it to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Pair this cool silver-grey velvet with pale woods, brushed metal or deeper charcoal accents for a calm, tailored scheme. Its understated sheen also works well on a statement armchair or contemporary sofa where the pile can catch changing light.
