About this fabric

The close chenille weave shows fine vertical tonal variation rather than a distinct motif, giving this colourway a softly strié appearance. Made from 100% polyester and measuring 138cm wide, it is graded for both contract and domestic upholstery. SCE2078 is machine washable and offers Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy, with treatment available to achieve Crib 5 contract grade. Its restrained greige depth keeps the textured surface understated while adding more visual interest than a flat plain.

How to use it

Use this soft greige on a tailored sofa, dining chair or headboard where its fine vertical texture can add quiet definition without introducing a strong pattern. Pair it with chalky whites, pale oak and muted taupe for a light, balanced scheme.
