About this fabric
Woven in 52% polyester and 48% cotton, this 138cm-wide fabric has an even, closely built flat-weave texture. The colour reads as a warm stone beige, with subtle lighter and darker threads creating a natural textile grain across the surface. Suitable for contract and domestic upholstery, SEM4123 offers a restrained foundation for seating where a calm neutral finish is required. Aftercare is professional; it meets Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.
How to use it
Use this warm oatmeal colourway on sofas, dining chairs or occasional upholstery alongside pale oak, chalky paintwork and textured ivory accessories. Its low-contrast weave also suits rooms where the furniture shape or surrounding materials should remain the focus.
