Kantha Seafoam

Fabrics Fabric80

Kantha Seafoam combines a deep, cool teal ground with fine seafoam-coloured threads that break across the surface in irregular horizontal marks. The close weave gives the swatch a softly textured, tactile appearance.

About this fabric

Viewed up close, the design is formed from tightly packed horizontal rows with small pale flecks and broken linear passages rather than a conventional repeating motif. The dark teal base gives the colourway depth, while the seafoam threads catch the light as cooler, brighter traces across the cloth. Its dense woven structure reads as a versatile mid-weight surface, suitable for upholstery or drapery applications.

How to use it

Use Kantha Seafoam to bring a cool, mineral note to seating, cushions or curtains, pairing it with chalky whites, pale timber and brushed metal. Its broken seafoam detailing also works well with deeper teal or blue-green accents.

A cool, densely woven teal textile with pale seafoam flecks and subtle horizontal movement.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
