Miraval Diamond Terracotta has a warm rust-red ground with a softly contrasting, pale diamond lattice woven across its surface. The close-up view shows a compact textile with a gently tactile, flecked finish rather than a flat printed appearance.

About this fabric

The terracotta colour reads as earthy and warm, with subtle variation across the rust ground that gives the swatch depth. Broken pale lines form repeated diamond shapes, while the small flecks within the weave soften the geometry and keep it from feeling overly sharp. Its compact woven appearance suggests a versatile mid-weight suitable for both upholstery and drapery. No composition, width, rub test or other performance specification has been supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Pair this warm terracotta with aged timber, warm ivory and muted olive for an inviting, grounded scheme. The pale diamond detail can also work as a graphic counterpoint to plain linen or softly textured neutrals.

Use the warm rust ground and pale diamond lattice to bring graphic texture to upholstery, cushions or softly tailored window treatments.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Miraval Diamond Terracotta without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
