Stucco Spice

Manhattan FabricCCF0228-06

Stucco Spice has a warm, deep terracotta ground layered with pale cream flecks, creating a richly mottled surface rather than a defined motif. Its close, irregular texture gives the colour gentle variation as light moves across the cloth.

About this fabric

At 691gsm, Stucco Spice is a substantial Clarke & Clarke textile suited to upholstery, with the visual density expected from a heavy woven fabric. The rust and terracotta tones read warm and earthy, while fine cream-coloured threads break up the surface and prevent the shade from appearing flat. There is no pattern repeat vertically or horizontally, so the textured effect remains continuous across the 137cm usable width. The standard length is 25m, making it practical for coordinated upholstery requirements.

How to use it

Use this warm rust colourway on a statement armchair, sofa or dining seat where its flecked surface can add depth against cream, camel, walnut or softly aged timber. The terracotta tone also brings a grounded, enveloping feel to darker, moodier schemes.

Use this substantial rust-toned weave to bring warmth and tactile depth to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
