About this fabric

The design shows perched and flying birds intertwined with twisting stems, pointed leaves, feathery fronds and small heart-like botanical forms. This colourway is distinctly cool and saturated, led by turquoise and deep teal with fern green, olive-yellow and restrained blush-pink accents that catch the eye against the light ground. At 222 gsm and 137 cm usable width, it is a versatile mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. Its 68.5 cm vertical repeat and 34.5 cm horizontal repeat make the placement of the illustrated birds and sweeping branches an important part of planning.

How to use it

Pair Rousseau Jungle with warm ivory, natural wood and restrained pink or olive accents to let its cool turquoise birds and dense green foliage provide the room’s focal point. Use it on a statement chair, bench or full-length curtains where the 68.5 cm vertical repeat can be appreciated.
