Baltic FR Mushroom

Baltic FR Fabric

Baltic FR Mushroom is a compact woven fabric in a warm mushroom taupe, with a subtle tonal surface that feels calm and tailored. The close weave gives the colour a softly speckled, textural look rather than a flat finish.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% polypropylene, Baltic FR Mushroom is a practical fabric with a neat, low-key texture and no pattern repeat. At 140cm wide, it is well suited to upholstery pieces where a steady, even ground is wanted. The mushroom tone sits between beige and taupe, reading warm and muted with a gentle brown undertone. Its tight weave catches the light in tiny flecks across the surface, which adds depth without making the colour feel busy.

How to use it

Use this shade on sofas, benches or dining chairs when you want a neutral that feels warmer than grey but less yellow than classic beige. It pairs especially well with natural oak, black metal accents and softened olive or clay accessories.

A quietly versatile neutral that works well on tailored upholstery and layered schemes.

Pairs well with

Baltic FR Mushroom is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
