About this fabric

This 488 gsm velvet combines a deep taupe-brown ground with closely packed pale leaves, creating a low-contrast botanical design that reads as calm and layered rather than brightly patterned. The visible pile softens the contrast between the warm muddy base and the lighter foliage, giving the swatch a gently shaded depth. It has a 135 cm usable width and a 45.5 cm vertical repeat with a 22.5 cm horizontal repeat, so the compact pattern can be clearly positioned across upholstered pieces. The standard length is 35 m, and the fabric weighs 488 gsm with 68 threads per centimetre.
