Pesce Blue

Coast Fabric

Pesce Blue from Fryett's Coast shows a playful fish motif scattered across a warm ivory ground. The sketchy blue fish read crisp but relaxed, giving the fabric an easy seaside character.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton and measuring 140cm wide, this fabric has a clear printed surface with a soft, natural handle. The pattern repeats at 32cm vertically and 11.5cm horizontally, with fish motifs spaced generously so the design keeps its airy feel. In this colourway the blues are washed and slightly mottled, sitting between denim and slate rather than a bright nautical tone. The pale ground softens the contrast, so the overall effect feels fresh, light and informal.

How to use it

Use it on small upholstered pieces, cushion covers or simple curtains where the fish motif can breathe. The soft blue on ivory pairs naturally with bleached woods, chalky whites and coastal stripes.

A fresh coastal print that works beautifully for casual upholstery or breezy curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
