About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this fabric has a natural, matte handle that suits relaxed interiors as well as sharper schemes. The design shows evenly spaced navy bands against an off-white ground, with the blue reading deep and slightly softened rather than bright or glossy. Its 140cm width makes it practical for a range of home projects, and the 8.6cm horizontal repeat creates a steady stripe layout with no vertical repeat. The clean contrast and straightforward stripe pattern give it a timeless coastal character without feeling overly nautical.

How to use it

Use it for relaxed armchairs, bench cushions or Roman blinds where the navy stripe can bring structure to pale interiors. It works especially well with bleached wood, oatmeal linens and brushed brass for a smart seaside feel.
