About this fabric

This woven fabric has a substantial decorative presence, with a charcoal background that reads cool and shadowed rather than black. The floral repeat measures 38cm, so the rounded blooms and elongated leaves keep a confident, noticeable scale across the width. A 145cm width gives good coverage for curtains or reupholstery projects, while the 55% viscose, 25% cotton and 20% polyester composition suggests a textile with a soft handle and practical structure. The printed or woven surface effect visible here feels lightly textured, with the golden leaf notes and pale flower heads giving the design a restrained metallic warmth against the dark ground.

How to use it

Use it on an accent chair, ottoman or cushions where the charcoal ground can anchor a room. It also works well as curtains in a scheme with oak, walnut or brushed brass, echoing the warm leaf tones in the pattern.

Pair with matte woods and warm metallics to lift the charcoal and gold accents.
