About this fabric

Pure Velvet Pewter from the Provence collection by Porter & Stone is a 140cm wide velvet made from 100% recycled polyester. The fabric has no pattern repeat, so the focus stays on its smooth plain surface and the way the nap catches light. In this colourway, the grey reads warm and slightly taupe rather than blue, with a subdued depth that feels refined and practical. The result is an understated velvet that suits clean upholstery lines and brings a soft, even finish to the room.

How to use it

Use this pewter-grey velvet on a tailored armchair, ottoman or banquette to add depth without strong contrast. Its warm undertone works especially well with pale oak, stone, charcoal and soft off-white schemes.
