Eldon Linen Graphite has a deep, smoky charcoal tone with a restrained plain weave visible across the swatch. Its subtly uneven surface keeps the dark shade from appearing flat.

About this fabric

The colour reads as a cool graphite grey, close to charcoal but softened by the natural variation of the linen yarns. A fine, low-contrast weave gives the surface gentle tonal movement rather than a pronounced pattern, making the swatch appear quietly textured at close range. Composed of 95% linen and 5% nylon, it is 140 cm (55 inches) wide and rated at 40,000 Martindale rubs. The specification allows for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads; care requires professional dry cleaning, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use this deep graphite colour to give a sofa, headboard or bedspread a calm, tailored depth, or let it frame a window as a softly textured dark neutral. Pair it with pale stone, warm timber and brushed metal to keep the charcoal tone balanced.

A deep graphite linen blend with a quiet woven texture, suited to tailored upholstery, curtains and bedspreads.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
