Eldon Linen Indigo is a deep, cool blue with a softly mottled surface and the fine, understated texture visible in the linen weave. Its low-key tonal variation gives the plain cloth depth without introducing a distinct motif.

About this fabric

The swatch reads as a muted indigo rather than a bright navy, with subtle lighter and darker shifts across the close vertical weave. Made from 95% linen and 5% nylon, it is 140 cm (55") wide and specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. A 40,000 Martindale rub test supports its use on upholstered seating as well as softer furnishing applications. The care specification is professional dry cleaning only; it should not be washed, bleached or ironed.

How to use it

Use this cool indigo on a reading chair, sofa or loose cover where its gently uneven linen texture can soften the depth of the blue. It also makes composed curtains or a bedspread against pale neutrals, warm timber and brushed metal.
