About this fabric
Woven from 95% linen and 5% nylon, this 140 cm-wide fabric has a fine, understated weave that gently catches the light across its brick-red surface. The colour sits between burnt orange and muted red, bringing warmth without the brightness of a clear scarlet. With a 40,000 Martindale rub test, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. Care instructions are professional dry cleaning only; do not wash, bleach or iron.
How to use it
Use the warm brick tone to bring depth to a neutral room, particularly on a relaxed armchair, upholstered headboard or full-length curtain. Pair it with chalky creams, tobacco leather, dark timber or muted olive for a grounded scheme.
A warm brick-toned linen blend with a quiet woven texture, suitable for relaxed upholstery, curtains and bedspreads.

Pairs well with
Eldon Linen Brick is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
