Court Velvet Royal Blue has a deep, saturated blue ground with subtle tonal variation across the velvet pile. Its softly brushed surface shifts gently between richer navy-blue shadows and clearer royal blue highlights.

About this fabric

This plain velvet is woven from 72% viscose, 21% cotton and 7% polyester, with a 137 cm width. The close-up shows a dense, softly mottled nap rather than a printed motif, giving the cool royal blue shade depth and movement as the light catches it. With a 50,000 Martindale rub test, it is suitable for fixed upholstery, loose upholstery, curtains and bedspreads. Care is professional dry cleaning only: do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use this cool, jewel-like royal blue on a statement chair, sofa or upholstered headboard, where its changing nap adds depth. It can also bring saturated colour to full-length curtains or a coordinated bedspread.
