Foxhill Green

Burford FabricBF11026.1

Foxhill Green shows airy botanical sprigs arranged across a pale cream-beige ground, with sage and olive foliage offset by small russet-brown berry details. The overall impression is softly muted rather than strongly saturated, allowing the fine drawn pattern to remain light and open.

About this fabric

This Burford fabric is made from 42% Linen, 29% Viscose, 22% Rayon and 7% Spun Polyester, giving the printed cloth a natural-looking surface with a gentle, softly woven appearance. Slender leaves in cool sage, faded olive and pale green are interspersed with warm brown and russet accents, creating depth without overpowering the light ground. The design has a 38 cm vertical pattern repeat and a 45 cm horizontal repeat across its 135 cm width. Supplied for curtains and bedspreads, it should not be washed, bleached or ironed and must be professionally dry cleaned.

How to use it

Use Foxhill Green at a window where its pale ground can keep the room feeling bright, then echo the sage foliage in painted joinery or upholstery accents. Its russet and brown details also sit comfortably with warm timber and natural woven accessories.

A softly muted botanical in sage, olive and russet, especially suited to curtains and coordinated bedspreads.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Foxhill Green without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
