About this fabric

The fabric is woven in a subdued sage green, crossed by fine cream lines that form repeating diamond and stepped geometric motifs. Its low-contrast palette keeps the pattern gentle, while the slub-like surface adds quiet variation as the light moves across the cloth. The composition is 42% viscose, 28% linen, 26% cotton and 4% polyester, with a 138 cm width. A 19 cm vertical repeat and 23 cm horizontal repeat make the orderly stripe practical for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. Care instructions specify professional dry cleaning only; do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Pair this muted sage and cream colourway with warm ivory, pale timber and natural linen for a relaxed, collected room. On a chair or headboard, the horizontal geometric bands add definition without introducing a strong contrast.

Use the muted sage ground and cream lattice stripe to bring gentle pattern to upholstery, curtains or a bedspread.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
