About this fabric

This Forest colourway is a deep, cool-leaning green with the shadowed richness visible across the swatch. The short velvet pile creates a soft, low-sheen surface, with subtle nap variation shifting the green from near-black forest depths to gentler muted highlights. Made from 100% Polyester Fr, it is 140 cm (55") wide and specified for Fixed Upholstery. With a 100,000 Martindale rub test, it is suited to hard-working upholstered seating; after care is professional dry cleaning only—do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use this deep forest velvet on a statement armchair, sofa or dining seat where its cool, saturated green can anchor lighter neutrals, warm timber and aged brass. Arrange the pile consistently during upholstery to retain the swatch’s subtle light-and-shadow movement.

The dark forest tone and plush velvet surface bring depth and a quietly luxurious finish to upholstered seating.
