About this fabric

This 100% Polyester Fr velvet is shown in a dense ebony black, with subtle directional shading where the nap catches the light. Its plain surface keeps the focus on the depth and softness of the colour rather than on a visible motif. At 140 cm wide and rated to 100,000 Martindale, it is specified for fixed upholstery. Care instructions are Do Not Wash, professional dry cleaning only, Do Not Bleach and Do Not Iron.

How to use it

Use the deep black tone on a tailored sofa, occasional chair or headboard where its softly shifting surface can add depth without introducing a pattern. Pair it with warm timber, aged metal or pale neutrals to keep the ebony shade defined.
