Baker House Fr Velvet Pebble is a plain velvet in a subdued pebble taupe-grey, with a softly even surface and barely perceptible nap. Its cool, dusty tone gives the swatch a quiet depth rather than a bright or strongly coloured appearance.

About this fabric

Made from 100% Polyester Fr, this 140 cm (55") velvet is specified for fixed upholstery. The close, smooth-looking pile catches the light gently, creating subtle tonal variation across the muted pebble shade without introducing a visible pattern. Its 100,000 Martindale rub test makes it suitable for hard-wearing upholstered seating, while the colour remains restrained and easy to pair with natural or darker finishes. After care is professional dry cleaning only; it must not be washed, bleached or ironed.

How to use it

Use this cool pebble taupe-grey on a sofa, armchair or dining seat where its softly shaded velvet surface can add depth without dominating the room. Pair it with warm timber, chalky neutrals or deeper charcoal accents to bring out the colour’s quiet contrast.
