About this fabric

This 100% cotton fabric is woven in a regular 10.18 cm by 10.18 cm repeat, combining solid black and charcoal squares with narrow white horizontal lines. The ebony ground reads deep and almost ink-black, while the cooler grey threads add visible depth rather than a flat solid tone. At 119.64 cm wide and specified for fixed upholstery, it is suited to structured seating where the bold grid can be clearly seen. Professional dry cleaning is required after care.

How to use it

Use this monochrome colourway on a tailored armchair, dining seat or compact sofa, pairing it with pale timber, brushed metal or soft grey upholstery accents. Its cool black-and-white contrast works especially well in a modern room that needs a disciplined graphic focal point.
