About this wallpaper

The pattern alternates broad dusty-blue bands with creamy off-white stripes and slimmer taupe lines, giving the colourway definition without a harsh contrast. Its blue is cool and subdued rather than bright, while the cream ground keeps the overall impression light. This wallpaper is made from 100% Non Woven material and is supplied at 70 cm (27.5") wide. The regular vertical layout can visually emphasise the height of a room.

How to use it

Pair Melbourne Stripe Blue with pale painted joinery, warm natural timber and understated upholstery to balance its cool blue tone. It suits bedrooms, studies or hallways where the vertical repeat can add composed structure.

Use the cool blue and cream stripes to bring tailored rhythm to walls without overwhelming the room.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Melbourne Stripe Blue without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
