About this fabric

The cool blue-teal shade sits between softened blue and green, reading calm and atmospheric rather than bright or saturated. Across the swatch, fine vertical threads create a delicate linear grain that catches the light subtly while keeping the overall surface plain. With a supplied weight of 198 gsm and 48.5 threads per centimetre, it has the look of a versatile, closely woven mid-weight cloth for both upholstery and drapery. The 153 cm usable width is practical for planning wider curtains or upholstery panels, while the pattern repeat is 0 cm in both directions.

How to use it

Pair Ario Limpet with pale grey, chalky white or warm natural timber to emphasise its cool blue-green tone. It can bring a composed wash of colour to curtains, occasional seating or a coordinated upholstered scheme without competing with patterned furnishings.

Use this cool, muted blue-teal as a calm foundation for contemporary upholstery, curtains or layered tonal schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
