About this fabric

The mirrored organic motif creates a strong vertical rhythm, with fine amber and ochre lines sweeping into dense, layered forms across the dark ground. Its 416gsm weight and velvet construction give the surface a substantial, softly light-catching appearance suited to upholstery. The usable width is 135.2 cm, with a 65.9 cm vertical repeat and a 135.2 cm horizontal repeat. At 57.7 threads per centimetre, the closely formed surface retains definition in both the slender stripes and broader amber areas.

How to use it

Use this warm, high-contrast colourway as the focal fabric on a sculptural armchair, headboard or compact sofa, pairing the amber notes with walnut, tobacco leather or muted ochre accents.

Use this richly contrasted velvet on a statement chair, sofa or ottoman, balancing its amber movement with warm dark timbers and plain textiles.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
