About this fabric

This Harlequin velvet has a substantial 416gsm weight and a 134.4cm usable width, making it well suited to upholstery. Painterly vertical striations move between near-black fig, wine-dark pomegranate, glowing orange and coral-tangerine, with paler pink and red highlights catching across the pile. The pattern has a 187.5cm vertical repeat and a 134.4cm horizontal repeat, allowing the broad tonal bands to read as a strong architectural feature. At 57.7 threads per centimetre, the closely woven surface has a dense, tactile appearance rather than a loose or airy one.
