About this fabric

The design is made up of spaced botanical sprigs, fan-like seed heads and delicate berry clusters, giving the surface a relaxed, hand-drawn character. Ochre and straw shades bring warmth to the composition, while grey-green foliage and charcoal detailing add definition without making the colourway feel strong or saturated. With a 300 gsm weight and 49 threads per cm, it has the substance of a versatile mid-weight fabric suitable for upholstery or drapery. The 142 cm usable width and 65.5 cm vertical repeat should be considered when planning pattern placement, while the 142 cm horizontal repeat follows the full usable width.

How to use it

Use this warm ochre-and-linen colourway on occasional upholstery or full-length curtains against chalky walls, pale oak and muted olive accents. Its botanical scale works particularly well where the surrounding scheme is quiet enough to show the grey and straw detail.

Pair the warm ochre stems and pale linen ground with natural timber, soft olive and warm neutral furnishings.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
