About this fabric

Across the face, small rectangular blocks alternate between warm nectar-ochre and diffused pale grey, with the weave softening their edges rather than leaving a hard graphic checker. Fine tonal variation within each square gives the surface a lightly textured, matte appearance. At 731 gsm with 170 threads per cm, this is a dense, substantial woven cloth suited to upholstery. It has a 141 cm usable width, a 5 cm vertical repeat and a 4.5 cm horizontal repeat, keeping the compact block rhythm visible across a furniture panel.

How to use it

Use this warm ochre-and-pale-grey colourway on a chair, headboard or sofa where its small-scale check can add pattern without overwhelming the room. It works especially well alongside chalky neutrals, natural timber and softly aged brass.
