Colour 3 Fabrics FabricHAF0485-01

Shiruku Harissa/Amazonia/Emerald combines a pale aqua ground with staggered, brush-edged geometric motifs in teal, emerald, rust and coral. The lively ikat-like arrangement has a cool, fresh base with warmer red-orange accents that bring depth to the repeat.

About this fabric

The woven pattern is formed from repeated vertical blocks and irregular stepped edges, giving the design a distinctly hand-rendered ikat character rather than a rigid grid. Teal and emerald motifs sit alongside saturated rust and coral marks, while the pale blue background keeps the overall colourway light. At 286 gsm with 39.3 threads per cm, this is a substantial mid-weight textile suited to both upholstery and drapery. It has a usable width of 139.8 cm, with a 82.1 cm vertical repeat and 34.7 cm horizontal repeat to consider when pattern matching.

How to use it

Use this cool aqua colourway on a statement chair, bench or full-length curtains, balancing its teal and emerald with pale timber, chalky walls and small rust-toned accessories.

Pair the cool aqua ground with natural woods, warm neutrals and rust accents for a fresh, graphic scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
