Alvaro Honey/Slate/Topaz

Indoor Outdoor Prints OutdoorHAF0440-03

Alvaro Honey/Slate/Topaz places sweeping, palm-like fronds over a warm cream ground, with loose slate outlines and honey-to-topaz brushstrokes creating a softly illustrated surface. The layered marks give this colourway a light, natural rhythm while retaining enough contrast to read clearly.

About this fabric

From Harlequin’s Indoor Outdoor Prints collection, this 220 gsm outdoor fabric has a 136.7 cm usable width and a standard length of 35 m. The design repeats vertically every 46.2 cm and horizontally every 90.2 cm, forming overlapping plumes of fine cream, slate, honey and topaz strokes. Its warm ivory background keeps the overall effect airy, while the darker slate accents add definition and the ochre tones bring gentle depth. The mid-weight construction makes it suitable for both upholstery and drapery applications.

How to use it

Pair this warm cream colourway with natural timber, pale stone and woven textures, using the honey and topaz accents to warm an outdoor seating area. It also works well on relaxed curtains or cushions where the sweeping fronds can remain visible across the repeat.

Use the warm cream ground and sketch-like honey, slate and topaz fronds to bring an easy outdoor-print character to upholstery, cushions or curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Alvaro Honey/Slate/Topaz without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
