About this fabric

This substantial 599gsm textile is woven with 95 threads per centimetre, giving the close-up surface a dense, tactile appearance suited to upholstery. Slender cream and muted grey-beige diagonals break through the gold, forming repeated diamond and zigzag shapes rather than a flat block of colour. Its pattern repeats every 16cm vertically and 6.8cm horizontally, creating a fine, consistent rhythm across the 137cm usable width. The ochre tone reads warm and mellow, while the alternating weave directions add subtle light and shade.

How to use it

Use Irradiant Gold on a statement armchair, headboard or sofa where its warm ochre tone can sit against chalky neutrals, aged timber and darker bronze accents. The compact geometric repeat is especially effective on tailored upholstery, where the vertical rhythm remains clearly legible.
